Obesitas menjadi ancaman kesehatan belakangan ini. Pola hidup yang tak banyak gerak jadi salah satu masalahnya. Para pekerja kantoran lebih sering duduk di kursi sehingga banyak yang gemuk. Padahal hanya dengan berdiri 3 jam/hari, orang bisa bakar lemak 3,6 kg/tahun.

Seorang pakar kesehatan olahraga dari Chester University, John Buckley mengatakan bahwa berdiri selama 3 jam butuh energi sebanyak 144 kalori. Sebagian didapat dari pembakaran lemak, sehingga dalam setahun bisa mengurangi berat badan sebanyak 3,6 kg.

 

"Orang-orang selalu duduk saat berada di tempat kerja, duduk lagi saat di mobil, lalu duduk terus di depan televisi sesampainya di rumah," kata Dr Bucley dilansir BBC.

Untuk mengatasi epidemi obesitas yang semakin mengglobal, Dr Buckley menyarankan kantor-kantor untuk meninggikan kursi di setiap meja kerja. Selain tidak nyaman untuk berlama-lama duduk, kursi yang tinggi kadang-kadang sudah terasa seperti setengah berdiri.

"Laju metabolik Anda anjlok sampai titik minimum yang absolut. Ini tidak natural, manusia didesain untuk berdiri dan tetap bergerak," kata Dr Buckley mengomentari kebiasaan manusia modern yang sangat suka duduk, malas berdiri apalagi bergerak.

Business Blog Success 10 Tips for a Profitable Blog

1. Blog for your audience. As the blogosphere matures, the face of business blogging is changing as well. Although the discourse can still be freer than your Web site or email newsletter, people want content they can use. A few posts in a row about what you had for breakfast and you’re toast.
2. Make your blog search engine friendlier. Blogs are search engine friendly by design. By choosing keyword-rich category names and writing keyword-rich post titles you can greatly increase your search engine visibility and drive more qualified leads to your site.
3. Engage your most active commenters. Some blogs naturally attract more comments because of their popular or controversial topics. You can increase the comments on your blog by responding to each commenter in an email, linking back to or commenting at their blogs, and mentioning them by name in later posts.
4. Comment on influential blogs in your niche. Find the influential bloggers in your niche(s) through a Technorati search and read their posts. 8. Ping news aggregators. There are dozens of Web sites out there that want to know when you update your Web site. Take advantage of their insatiable hunger by “pinging” them: by letting them know each time you update your blog, they’ll help you get the word out faster. I recommend Pingoat as it allows you to ping about 50 of these sites at a time.
9. Include social bookmarking links. Getting a post into Digg, del.icio.us, StumbleUpon, or any of the popular social networking/bookmarking sites, can generate thousands of additional page views. Make it easier on visitors to promote your posts by including links to these services within every post.
10. Leverage your blog traffic into real business. Don’t forget that this is your business blog, not your personal one; you’re looking for a return on investment. Create appropriate calls-to-action in the form of links that drive traffic from your blog to your Web site or online store.
    Just don’t be too heavy handed; visitors won’t become subscribers or customers if you’re doing nothing but self-promotion. Use a deft hand to establish your expertise and build relationships with readers, but make it easy for them to buy from you when they’re ready.

Cara Cepat Install Windows XP 10 Menit

Kali ini Saya akan membahas Cara Cepat Install Windows XP dengan hanya membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 10 Menit. Cara Install dengan sistem Ghost ini membutuhkan waktu bervariasi bahkan bisa kurang dari 10 menit, lumayan kan menghemat waktu Kita. Ok langsung saja ya silahkan dibaca .....

• Berikut Langkah-langkah Install Windows Xp Menggunakan Ghost :

1. Bagi harddisk menjadi 2 bagian / partisi.
2. Instal Windows XP + Software yang dibutuhkan / pelengkap (winamp, adobe reader, dll). Tapi jangan install drivernya.
3. Ubah IDE Controller Driver di Device Manager menjadi Standart agar windows tidak blue screen jika dipindah ke komputer lain. Caranya lihat disini
4. Jika File Install Windows dan Software Standart pelengkapnya sudah OK
5. Selanjutnya Buat file Image Ghost dari Instalan Windows yang kita buat tadi. Buat Imagenya yang PARTISI TO IMAGE. Agar bisa digunakan lebih flexibel, yaitu bisa kita pasang di komputer servisan yangg windowsnya rusak sedangkan datanya ada di drive selain C.
6. File Image Ghost ini bisa digunakan untuk install di sembarang komputer dengan catatan. (catatan ada di bagian bawah) 
7. Siapkan komputer yg akan di install, bisa komputer baru, bisa komputer servisan.
   INGAT JANGAN SAMPAI SALAH RESTORE GHOST karena data akan di tumpuk dengan FILE IMAGE GHOST (data bisa hilang).
8. Pasang Harddisk yang akan di install dan Harddisk yang ada FILE IMAGE GHOST yang baru dibuat tadi.  
9. Untuk Komputer baru : bagi harddisk minimal 2 bagian, kemudian Restore File Image Ghost tadi dengan perintah ghost PARTITION FROM IMAGE ke drive C dengan sumber image dari FILE IMAGE GHOST yg kita buat tadi.
10. Untuk komputer servisan : pastikan drive C (drive yg akan di install ulang) tidak ada datanya (jika ada data pindah semua data ke drive / harddisk lain). Kemudian Restore File Image Ghost tadi dengan perintah ghost PARTITION FROM IMAGE ke drive C dengan sumber image dari FILE IMAGE GHOST yg kita buat tadi.
11. Proses restore FILE IMAGE GHOST ini butuh waktu kurang lebih 10 menit, bahkan bisa kurang tergantung spesifikasi komputer kita.
12. ika sudah selesai proses ghostnya. Matikan komputer dan lepas harddisk yg ada file image ghostnya. INGAT langkah ini penting, karena kalau harddisk sumber tidak dilepas maka hasilnya windows tidak akan bisa login.
13. Kemudian test windowsnya dan windows akan mendeteksi hardware baru. Dan install driver yg belum terpasang.

•  Catatan :     

1. Image Ghost Komputer Pentium 3 800Mhz bisa digunakan untuk restore ke Pentium 3, 4 soket 478, 4 soket LGA, bahkan kadang Laptop seri lama.
2. Image Ghost Komputer Pentium 4 soket 478 bisa digunakan untuk restore ke Pentium 3, 4 soket 478, 4 soket LGA, bahkan kadang Laptop seri lama.
3. Image Ghost Komputer Pentium 4 soket LGA bisa digunakan untuk restore ke Pentium 4 soket 478 (tapi ada yg gak bisa), 4 soket LGA.
4. Untuk restore laptop, maka kita harus membuat image ghostnya dengan windows laptop juga, karena kebanyakan image ghost dari PC tidak berhasil.

Sinopsis

1. ELANG anggap Sobat belum instal smadav 8.9.2. Tapi sudah download Smadav versi 8.9.2
2. Buka Smadav PRO versi 8.8 atau versi dibawah 8.8, kemudian buka Smadav nya
3. Klik menu Setting, klik tombol Unregister, Exit
4. Instal Smadav 8.9.2 seperti biasanya. Beres. Sangat Mudah kan? wokwokwok :)
