NOW HOW DO I USE IT ON ANDROID 

Goto settings
Mobile networks 
Access point 
Create new apn 

NAME: Etisalat Ng
Apn : blackberry.net
Proxy : 10.71.170.5
Port : 8080
Username : etisalat 
Password : 8080
Server : etisalat 
And save and make default settings. 




NOW... 

1. Download and install psiphon HERE
2. Open your psiphon and configure as follows

Untick Remove port
Proxy type : Host
Proxy server : web.blackberey.net
Real proxy type : inject
Real proxy server : empty leave blank




Now save and touch MORE OPTIONS 
Tick Connect through HTTP > USE THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS 
Host address : 10.71.170.5
Port : 8080




Now save
