Dos mesmos produtores da série GTA, Bully é um game centrado também na polêmica. Porém, o roteiro e ambientação no jogo mereceram até prêmios da indústria. A história se passa em um colégio interno fictício, a Bullworth Academy, onde seu personagem é deixado após os pais ricos saírem de lua-de-mel. Sua missão é sobreviver às panelinhas de alunos, repressão dos professores, pegadinhas dos garotos ‘maus’, conquistar garotas e também aprontar com os outros para conseguir respeito.
A semelhança com GTA está no mundo aberto do game. Não existe um caminho pré-definido e você pode ir abrindo as ‘tarefas’ à medida que vai encontrando pessoas ou locais.

    Description
    Bully, released in PAL regions as Canis Canem Edit,[4] is an open world, action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar Vancouver and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on 17 October 2006 for the PlayStation 2. A remake of the game, subtitled Scholarship Edition, was released on 4 March 2008 for the Xbox 360 and Wii, and on 21 October 2008 for Microsoft Windows. Set within the fictional town of Bullworth, the story follows a student and his efforts to rise through the ranks of the school system. The open world design lets players freely roam Bullworth, which includes a number of towns.
    The game is played from a third-person perspective and its world is navigated on-foot, skateboard or by bicycle. Players control James "Jimmy" Hopkins, a student who is involuntarily enrolled at Bullworth Academy. He discovers that the school is filled with bullies, and becomes determined to bring peace, ultimately becoming more respected among town groups. Jimmy is also expected to attend class, which is a main gameplay aspect. In Scholarship Edition, a two-player competitive multiplayer mode lets two players compete for the highest score in different classes.
    At release, Bully received generally positive reviews, with praise directed at the games narrative and characters. Prior to release, the game received controversy for its expected violence, and bisexual content. The original version of Bully sold over 1.5 million copies, and received multiple year-end accolades

    Lalu game dirilis ulang tanggal: 4 Maret 2008, menjadi Bully: Scholarship Edition untuk Wii dan Xbox 360, dan untuk komputer dirilis tanggal 24 Oktober 2008.

    Game akan dimulai dengan seorang tokoh utama bernama Jimmy Hopkins, remaja nakal yang ditolak oleh sekolah manapun yang ia datangi. Telah ditaruh oleh ibu, dan ayah barunya di Bulworth Academy.

    Satu per satu, Jimmy berhasil menundukan ketua kelompok disana {Preppies(Anak Rajin), Greasers(Anak Kaya), Nerds(Anak Aneh), Jocks(Atlet), dan Townies(Warga Kota)} bersama temannya yang menusuk dari belakang, Gary Smith. Setelah menundukan semua kelompok, semuanya berbalik ketika Gary menghasut warga kota untuk menyerang Bulworth Academy, dan mengatakan bahwa semua itu adalah perbuatan Jimmy. Percaya akan perkataan Gary, Jimmy lalu dimusuhi dengan seluruh kelompok di Bulworth Academy. Bahkan kepala sekolah, Dr. Crabblesnitch mengusirnya.

    Jimmy lalu membuat perdamaian oleh warga kota dan meminta Edgar untuk membantunya melawan Gary, setelah Edgar dikalahkan di Blue Skies. Jimmy akhirnya jatuh cinta pada gadis Blue Skies, Zoe. Zoe telah diusir dari Bulworth Academy karena mengadu bahwa Mr. Burton menyakitinya.

    Diakhir game, Jimmy dan Gary berkelahi di atap gedung utama Bulworth Academy(Bell Tower). selama berkelahi kepala sekolah mendengar rencana Gary, dan setelah itu ia langsung mengusirnya dari Bulworth, Zoe kembali bersekolah, memecat Mr. Burton, dan Pete Kowalski menjadi ketua murid. Game berakhir dengan ciuman Zoe dan Jimmy yang ditonton oleh murid-murid.

    The game was re- released as Bully : Scholarship Edition on March 6, 2008 for the Wii and the Xbox 360 and October 24, 2008 on PC ( this name is retained in the PAL releases ) . The PlayStation 2 version of the game is also available in the United States as a special edition that includes a limited edition comic book and a dodgeball of the same style as used in the game , with the word " Bully " raised on it .
    Hes the player takes control of teenage rebel Jimmy Hopkins James , from the opening cutscene is revealed to be a difficult student with a background . A game about the events that follow Jimmy being off at Bullworth Academy , a New England boarding school . Players are free to explore the school campus in the beginning and , later in the game , the town , or to complete the main missions . The game makes extensive use of minigames . Some are used to earn money , others to improve Jimmy or get new items .
    School class itself is done in the form of minigames , broken into five levels of increasing difficulty . Each class finishes bring benefits to gameplay . Britain , for example , is a word scramble minigame , and as Jimmy does well in this minigame , he learns various language - skills , such as the ability to apologize to police for small crimes . Chemistry is a push button minigame that rewards Jimmy with the ability to create firecrackers , stink bombs , and other items at his chemistry set in his room at the dorm . He can learn new tricks and can play battle dodgeball in gym class . In art class , he must uncover a picture of Ms. Philips , be wary of bombs and explosives in the minigame . He could make a new bike shop in classes and must complete the mission in a photography class photography . In this edition of the scholarship , the new four subjects - Biology , Mathematics , Music and Geography added . He had to dissect animals in biology , solving multiple-choice questions in Mathematics , press the button corresponding to the beat in the music and put the flag to the country involved in Geography .

However , violence against women , small children , or adults and authority generally has a rapid and severe consequences . Jimmy can be damaged by prefects , teachers , police and even some townspeople after he committed the crime . If this happens , the mission he is doing automatically fails , and most of Jimmys weapons confiscated . Depending on where and when Jimmy gets damaged , he will be sent to the principals office ( and possibly detention ) , dorm rooms , classrooms with classes in session , the front gates of Bullworth Academy , or the police station .
